Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and lb33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the lb33 website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at https://lb33.cam and its subdomains.

By accessing the lb33 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and lb33. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on lb33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are aged 21 years or above at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you use the platform. lb33 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 in line with international casino licensing standards.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of account registration or at the time of placing any wager.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of lb33 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by lb33 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme operated by lb33 or any third-party responsible gambling organisation.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria set out above. lb33 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks at any time and to close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or are found to have been misrepresented.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on lb33. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, device, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to promptly update your account information should any of these details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. lb33 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your account to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify lb33 support immediately via live chat. lb33 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification Requirements

KYC verification is mandatory before lb33 will process any withdrawal from a Player's account. The standard KYC documentation required includes:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — for Malaysian users, this is typically the Malaysian MyKad (national identity card) or a valid passport.
• Proof of your registered payment method — for example, a screenshot of your DuitNow or Touch 'n Go eWallet account showing your registered name and account number, or a bank statement header from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong.
• Proof of residential address, where requested — acceptable documents include a utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter issued within the past three months.

lb33 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to source of funds declarations, where required under applicable anti-money laundering obligations or where account activity warrants further review. The KYC review process is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during business days.

Terms of Use

5.1 General Use

The lb33 platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of the platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to the systematic exploitation of promotional offers, the provision of betting advisory services to third parties using lb33 accounts, or any form of commercial data harvesting, is strictly prohibited.

You agree to use the platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not interfere with the experience of other users or the technical integrity of the platform.

5.2 Technical Access

You must not attempt to access the platform using automated means, including web crawlers, bots, scraping tools, or any form of automated betting software. The use of VPN services or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure your true jurisdiction of access is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

5.3 Currency and Language

lb33 supports Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) as the primary account currency for Malaysian users. All account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, bonus values, and wagering thresholds are denominated in MYR unless otherwise specified on the relevant product or promotion page. The platform interface and customer communications are provided in English.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lb33 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian users: DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the cashier page.

6.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount for most Malaysian local payment methods is MYR 30. Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time or within a few minutes of transaction completion. lb33 does not charge any processing fees on deposits made via supported Malaysian payment methods. Any fees charged by your payment provider are entirely your responsibility.

All deposited funds must be sourced from a payment account registered in your own name. lb33 does not accept deposits made by third parties on your behalf. Deposits identified as originating from third-party accounts will be reversed and the depositing account suspended pending investigation.

6.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the lb33 account from which the withdrawal is requested. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. lb33 targets withdrawal processing times of under 60 minutes for verified accounts using DuitNow and FPX during business hours; actual processing times may vary based on payment provider processing schedules.

lb33 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests of any size where required by its anti-money laundering obligations or internal risk management procedures. Where additional documentation is requested, the withdrawal will be placed on hold pending receipt and review of the required documents.

6.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. lb33 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of MYR 50 per month to inactive account balances following written notice to the registered email address. Players are encouraged to contact support to reactivate dormant accounts before fees are applied.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by lb33 are subject to specific terms stated on the applicable promotion page at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a x15 requirement on a RM100 bonus requires RM1,500 in total eligible bets before cashout). Game contribution rates apply: slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while table games and live casino games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. The specific contribution rate for each game category is published on the promotion page.

7.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While using bonus funds, the maximum permitted single bet is MYR 250 unless a higher limit is expressly stated on the promotion page. Placing bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses not utilised within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from credit date) will be automatically removed from your account along with any winnings generated therefrom. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

lb33 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to neutralise risk while clearing wagering requirements; creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; and coordinated bonus exploitation in collusion with other users. Where bonus abuse is identified, lb33 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on lb33 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport, market, and game type. Rules governing individual sports markets — including football (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League), UFC and combat sports, basketball, tennis, and esports — are published within the sportsbook section of the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. lb33 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors without notice; bets placed on clearly erroneous odds may be voided at lb33's discretion.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time without prior notice due to match events, data feed interruptions, or internal risk management decisions.
• lb33 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet accepted from any individual player at any time, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.
• Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or competition in question. In the absence of an official result, lb33's settlement decision shall be final.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable betting rules, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable void rules for that market type.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lb33 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during the registration process or during any subsequent verification check.
• Registering or operating more than one account on lb33, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Players who identify technical errors must notify lb33 support immediately rather than exploiting them.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corrupt activity relating to any sporting event or competition offered on the platform.
• Using the platform to conduct, facilitate, or obscure money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker or any other game in which player-versus-player competition is involved.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward lb33 staff or other users of the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the lb33 platform — including but not limited to the lb33 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, data feeds, odds compilations, and game content — is the intellectual property of lb33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from lb33.

Any unauthorised use of lb33's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lb33 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable.
• Any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical failures, data transmission errors, or interruptions to payment processing systems beyond lb33's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or results displayed on the platform where such information is later found to be inaccurate due to third-party data feed errors.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits lb33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Termination

lb33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player's account activity triggers mandatory reporting obligations under applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• The Player has self-excluded from lb33 or a third-party gambling support programme and has subsequently attempted to re-register or access a restricted account.
• lb33 is required to do so under the direction of any applicable regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• lb33 reasonably determines that continuing to provide services to the Player would expose lb33 to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

You may close your lb33 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure at your request, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Amendments to These Terms

lb33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, lb33 will provide reasonable advance notice by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the email address registered on your account. Non-material amendments may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 above.

The date at the top of this page ("Last Updated") reflects the date on which the most recent revision to these Terms was made. We recommend that you review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms applicable to your use of lb33.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lb33 holds its international operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and lb33, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek resolution. lb33 is committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly.
